About the event

For this session in April, we will be doing a survey along the banks of the River Sherbourne and its surrounding green spaces. In doing so, we will be taking notice of the nature around us, slowing down and realizing the abundance and variety of wildlife. We're particularly hoping to spot the local Kingfisher!

You will:

· Learn new ways to support your own wellbeing whilst caring for nature

· Take Notice of the wildlife around you

· Get Active - this will always be at a gentle pace

· Connect with new people

· Give Back to nature

There is no previous experience or knowledge needed at all - we will be exploring and learning together.

The activities will all be in a small group and will be led by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust staff.

The venue is the Whitley Community Centre, 15 The Avenue, Whitley, Coventry CV3 4BP. The venue has free parking, there are accessible toilets and we will have a break for a hot drink and biscuits. If you would like to bring your lunch with you or extra snacks for yourself, you are more than welcome to do so!
