What does our Finance and Support Services team do?

The Finance and Support Services team are an integral part of Warwickshire Wildlife Trust's operation. The team facilitate essential parts of the charity's work, from finance through to HR, administration and maintenance.

Phil is responsible for Finance, HR, IT and Admin, departments which help the Trust deliver organisational strategy by providing financial and other support services which facilitate the operations of all teams.

Expertise

Phil said: "I worked for 20 years in the commercial sector before switching to the third sector. Over the last 10 years I have developed an in depth knowledge of charity finance and governance. My aim is to ensure support services are an integral part of the Trust. Outside of work I have set myself a goal of visiting all of Warwickshire Wildlife Trust’s Nature Reserves!"

Why Warwickshire Wildlife Trust?

Phil says: "I work for the Trust because I believe in its charitable objectives and the visionary strategy that it will take to 2030. I work for Warwickshire Wildlife Trust in particular because Warwickshire is my county – it is where I was born and it's where I live. The green areas where I used to play as a child have been vanishing year by year, but the Trust is mitigating the damage to nature that is being caused by the huge infrastructure developments in our county. I am proud to work for an organisation like Warwickshire Wildlife Trust"

HR Manager

Amandeep leads the delivery of the HR service across the Trust. Her role includes day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and payroll (and all the other pieces that fall under HR). Amandeep also works on projects to implement across the Trust, and supports employees at every level with HR matters.
