Annual General Meeting
The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 25th June, 6.30pm - 9pm at Rosconn Auditorium, Warwick School, Myton Road, Warwick CV34 6PP.
Important update: We’re absolutely delighted to let you know that our keynote speaker for the evening will now be Craig Bennett, CEO of the Wildlife Trusts.
Craig has been described as “one of the country’s top environmental campaigners”, by The Guardian and, in 2021, was included in The Sunday Times Green Power List of the UK’s top 20 environmentalists.
Before taking the helm at the Wildlife Trusts, Craig was formerly CEO of Friends of the Earth, where he refocused the organisation to empower communities to act on the climate & ecological crises, resulting in a step change in the scale and impact of the movement, with over 200 new Friends of the Earth community groups set up during his time as CEO. He also led the organisation to numerous campaign victories including on bees, fracking and against the expansion of Heathrow Airport.
At a time that is so critical for our environment, we are excited to have Craig join us to share his personal perspectives on community campaigning and why individual action is so vital at a time when nature needs us all, more than ever.
Please note that the running order of the evening has changed, and the AGM section will begin at 7.15pm (formerly 8.15pm).

Voting by proxy
If you are a member of Warwickshire Wildlife Trust who is unable to attend the AGM and you wish to exercise your vote, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf at the meeting. Details on how to do this will be available shortly.
