Informal and social volunteer lead group at Brandon to get out in nature, explore the reserve with company. All levels of knowledge and experience, especially beginners and those that lack confidence spending time outdoors alone.
About the event
Nature Walk and Natter is free and runs every other Wednesday for anyone over 18 wanting to get out in nature a little more and go for a gentle walk in the safety of good company.
This is a very relaxed and informal group, led by two of our extremely knowledgable volunteer group leaders.
You can expect to take a gentle stroll around Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, with a varying route each session, stopping to take notice of the wildlife around you as you go.
The group learns together, and is a wonderful, supportive way for beginners to gain confidence. Nobody is expected to be an expert - but if you are and you'd like to come and share your knowledge, that would be lovely!
